  • How fresh are your cookies?
    All our cookies are baked fresh to order, ensuring you receive the highest quality treats every time.
  • Are your cookies allergen-friendly?
    All our cookies are vegan, but please check individual product descriptions for specific allergen information (e.g., gluten, nuts). If you have severe allergies, contact us directly before ordering and we could adapt something for you.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept cash payments upon delivery. In some cases, PayPal or direct bank transfers may be possible—contact us for more information.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my order?
    Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or modify your order. For same day order, due to the short period between order and delivery, cancellations are not possible.
  • How does the Cuki 34 loyalty card work?
    For every order you place, you’ll receive a stamp on your loyalty card. Once you’ve collected 8 stamps, you’ll get a free cookie of your choice as a thank you for your loyalty!
  • Can I customize my order?
    Yes, we offer customization for larger orders, including personalized flavors or designs. Contact us for more details and pricing.
  • Do you offer gift packaging?
    Yes, we offer beautifully packaged cookie boxes perfect for gifting. Simply select the gift packaging option during checkout or mention it when placing your order.
  • Where does Cuki 34 deliver?
    We deliver to all 23 districts in Vienna, Austria. On special request, we can ship via post to the rest of Austria. Contact us for details.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    If you place your order within our operating hours, orders of up to 12 cookies should take no longer than 50 minutes to arrive, depending on your delivery address. Larger orders may take slightly longer—see the question on same-day delivery for details.
  • What are your operating hours?
    Our ordering hours are Mon., Tue., Fr.: 8:00-21:00 ; Wed. and Sat.: 15:00-21:00 and . Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next day.
  • Do you offer same-day delivery?
    Yes! For orders of up to 24 cookies, same-day delivery is available. Orders of up to 12 cookies typically take a maximum of 1 hour 30 minutes, while larger orders (more than 12 cookies) may take up to 4 hours from the time of order to delivery at your address.
  • Can I order cookies for events, celebrations, or special occasions?
    Absolutely! We cater for events, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and more. Send us an email or give us a call to discuss your needs, and we’ll make your event even sweeter.
  • How early should I place my order?
    For pre-orders, we require a minimum of 30 hours to prepare and process your order. Exceptions may be made depending on the order size and type—contact us to discuss.
